Jonni Fox is the visionary founder of Sacred Souls RESET, a heart-led movement created in response to the growing need for real, practical tools to navigate uncertain times. While many people immersed in spiritual and wellness practices already have access to these supports, Jonni is deeply called to reach those at the core of the city people busy with work, family, leadership, and responsibility who feel the pressure of what’s unfolding but lack the tools to cope. Through accessible experiences rooted in sound, frequency, mindfulness, and community, Sacred Souls RESET bridges the gap between the unfamiliar and the essential, offering grounded pathways to resilience, clarity, and awakening for those who need it most.

What to bring:  Your Curiosity, Yoga Matt and/or Meditation Cushion, Musical Instrument of choice, Beverage or Fruit and/or Nuts & Seeds to add to Community Salad for break if you have energy to do so.
