My name is Jonni Fox, founder of Sacred Souls RESET, an annual Calgary-based immersive wellness experience designed to provide practical tools that support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional resilience, connection, and overall well-being.

Sacred Souls RESET was created to offer individuals an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and experience evidence-informed practices that support mental wellness, grounding, mindfulness, relaxation, and community connection — all delivered through an engaging and experiential evening of live music, immersive sound experiences, guided breath and awareness practices, and restorative environments.

In today’s fast-paced world, many individuals are seeking accessible tools to better navigate stress, overwhelm, burnout, and the increasing demands of modern life. RESET is designed to provide attendees with supportive experiences they can integrate into their personal and professional lives to improve focus, emotional regulation, presence, and overall balance.
